Next, We'll Reach Out to Book Your Initial Cleaning
Once you've selected the plan and services that work for you we'll give you a call to find the best time and day that works for you. Once that is set, we'll make sure to send out a bunch of reminders before we come so that you know when to expect us.
Finally, We'll Keep You on Schedule
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. After the initial cleaning, we'll walk around the property to do a quality check to make sure everything is up to our standards and yours. Then we'll schedule the next cleaning based on the plan that you selected to maintain your sparkling windows!
FAQ'S
We ask that you be home for the first cleaning and when the interior is being cleaned. All other scheduled cleanings can be completed from the exterior and you don't have to be home.
After your initial cleaning, you will be sent an invoice with the amount due minus your deposit. You can pay via credit/debit card, bank account or Zelle. For your convenience, the following cleanings will be automatically charged to the card on file once your crew is finished and you've approved the work. A receipt will be sent once completed!
Your cleaning will be automatically scheduled based on the frequency that you chose! We will email and text you a week before your scheduled appointment. If you need to change the day or time just contact us and we will get that changed!
